The Saturday Night Irish Dance Fever

“The Saturday Night Irish Dance Fever” show will be held at GIH, Stockholm (T-bana Stadion).
Date:  29th of October       Time: 19.30- 21.30.

This year is the 10th anniversary of the Nordic Feis! We are celebrating by staging a dance show including the competition’s show and also freely chosen contributions of choreographies from the Nordic performance groups.

As well these performances by top Irish dancers from our Nordic countries we also have the privilege of a guest solo performance by former Riverdance star, Joanne Doyle.

The Nordic Feis is an annual Irish dance festival including the Nordic Championships, workshops, grade exams, lectures, party/pub and show. The Nordic Feis moves between the Nordic countries and has been a big success since its start in 2001.

In addition, the show’s Irish musicians Brian Friel (banjo) and Tom Mulcahy (guitar/vocals) will perform some tunes from Brian’s new solo album Karusell, release due Nov, Ireland.
Brian’s album is on sale pre-release exclusively at the Nordic Feis.
