Nordic Feis of Irish Dancing

A 2- or 3-hand dance of max. 64 bars of length in either reel time (4/4) or jig time (6/8). Only soft-shoe dances and traditional music allowed. Only steps up to primary level are allowed. 

Dancers are not allowed to bring their own music, but must state if they are doing reel or jig, during web-registration to the feis. The feis musician will provide the music.
