Irish Dance Festival with competitions, Nordic Championships, workshops, Grade Exams, lectures, dinner party, vendor and a wonderful atmosphere.
The Nordic Feis has been a hugh success since the start in 2001 and every year the number of participants increases. In 2005 there were over 150 persons attending from the Nordic countries, plus Germany, Belgium & Russia.
A day where NSID members go out to show Irish dance to the community through different activities, such as: Céilí, workshops and performances.
Dance day 2005 was held in August for the first time and we hope for an even great attendance at the next one in May 2006.
Intermediate or advanced workshops organised by the NSID with teachers from Ireland and beginners workshops with local teachers.
Group dance evenings, where the fun and joy of dancing really shows and anyone can quickly learn and take part.
